Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Timeframe

Processing times vary based on inventory checks and order volume but generally remain swift. Domestic deliveries usually take 3-7 business days post-dispatch, while international shipments may require 10-20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen logistics disruptions may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders of $60 or more (up to $9999).

Note: Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable, but we’re exploring faster solutions for future orders.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Restrictions may apply to remote areas or territories with complex import regulations (e.g., certain islands or conflict zones). During checkout, enter your address to verify eligibility. For unsupported locations, consider using a freight-forwarding service—though we can’t assume responsibility for third-party handling.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor progress. For consolidated orders, tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to activate. Delayed or Lost Shipments
